Job description

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team in Vilnius. In this role, you will work on international projects, collaborating with global teams and clients to turn complex data into actionable insights.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, working with large datasets, and delivering high-quality analytical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job description:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions.
  • Develop data models and perform quantitative analysis.
  • Generate insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Work on international projects, delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes.
Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science or similar).
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with SQL and data querying.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and clearly communicate insights.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) would be considered an advantage.
Background in statistics, mathematics, or data science would be considered an advantage.
Experience working in international environments or projects would be considered an advantage.
