We’re proud to share that Alliance for Recruitment has signed an agreement with Švietimas #1 — a non-profit founded by Unicorns Lithuania that unites business, education and societal leaders behind one ambitious goal: making Lithuania’s education system the best in Europe.
Alliance for Recruitment is continuously supporting various initiatives that create a better future for those around us. Our Partner Andrius Francas reflects: “For 15 years, education is where we’ve found real meaning in showing up and contributing. From working with universities to improve study programs and shape new ones, to career guidance alongside Lithuanian cities, to ‘Ateitis elektronikams’, now in its fourth year. As we mark our 15th anniversary, we’re taking another step forward by joining the Švietimas #1 initiative, so that all our children can have the best education in Europe. We don’t extract gold, oil or gas (not in large quantities, anyway), so people are Lithuania’s greatest asset, and the bold ambition to become Europe’s education leaders is right on our path. This is exactly where we must focus our energy in building Lithuania’s future. It’s worth noting that this initiative is funded entirely by private means. Our deepest gratitude goes to the people of Alliance for Recruitment, whose hard work makes our contribution to this project possible.”
People are Lithuania’s greatest asset. By investing in education, we invest in the talent that will build our country’s future 💚
